Accurately defined material characteristics and a predictive simulation process are key to any component development programme. To guarantee maximum reliability and overall competence for your projects, ARRK Engineering offers a one-stop material testing and simulation service. Specialising in plastics but ideally equipped for all material categories, we have our own materials laboratory with an extensive range of machinery focusing on the following areas.

By pooling expertise in materials testing and CAE, we have succeeded in developing a calibration and validation process for generating suitable material models, thus providing us with an efficient means of producing predictive material cards.

Moreover we offer the OEMs  and their suppliers a long standing expertise in the evaluation and compilation of material safety data sheets (MSDS) for the development phase and in consideration of the materials and chemicals legal standards and requirements (“REACH”, end of life vehicles directive ELV .etc). The long-term experiences in a professional elaboration of databases and an established knowledge of the IMDS Platform enable an autonomous and complete project execution from the supplier management until the change management in the own system at the OEM.
