  • Contact person to our Japanese sales team
  • Translation of Meeting contents
  • Organize visits of our Japanese customers in Munich
  • Support of the departments in preparation of contract offers for Japanese customers
  • Preparation and translation of meeting minutes
  • Temporary job contract up to one year, possibility for a potential permanent employment
  • Part-time employment possible


  • Completed commercial education with several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks with a technical background
  • Proficient use of MS Office Tools
  • Japanese language skills as native or business fluent
  • Good English or German language skills are necessary
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Self-confident appearance and competent dealing with internal and external partners
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
