IT administrator/IT Dispatcher/ User Help Desk (m/f/d)

  • Dispatching the tasks on the company’s internal ticketing system to colleagues
  • Windows 1st level user support through phone and tasks
  • Basic administration of Windows Installations
  • Workstation / Laptop Rollout and Maintenance
  • Hardware handling  
  • Working with IT processes


  • Experience working in IT environment, preferably user support area
  • Oral and written command of English
  • German knowledge is an advantage
  • Willing to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
