P+Z Expansion of the performance range to special and commercial vehicles industry, as well as machine building and plant manufacturing.

SPG SPG in the Netherlands relocates its office from Eindhoven to Weert.

SPG SPG collaborate with SERMO (now Shapers) for utilization of the Pre-Tension Frame. SPG’s 2700 Tons injection moulding machine moves from the Netherlands to Poland.

P+Z Reorganization of P+Z Engineering GmbH, as well as strategic expansion of the two areas of competence of Electrics & Electronics and Project & Quality Management.

SPG As a result of closer ARRK company collaboration SPG starts utilizing ARRK's injection moulding capabilities in China, Taiwan and Canada to provide a wider range of prototypes and more optimal solution to the European automotive industry.

SPG SPG starts providing large vacuum cast polyurethane prototypes to the European automotive markets produced by ARRK PDG in Barcelona Spain.

AEL ARRK PDG UK (Trading Prototyping Operation) Gloucester & Teesside and ARRK TOOLING DEVELOPMENT LTD join ARRK Europe Ltd and are renamed ARRK Europe Ltd.

ARRK As new management system, Divisional Organization is launched for developing business with value chain and for making clear the responsibility and strategy of each business classified according to Product Development, Mass Product and Tooling.

Shapers Creation of a technical interface in Portugal for SHAPERS

ARRK Transfer our shares that were held by REVIC to OPI 11 Corporation, a subsidiary of ORIX. As a result, OPI 11 Corporation became our parent company.

ARRK The ARRK family establishes closer ties. After being part of the ARRK Group for several years, the European ARRK companies include the ARRK logo into their own logos.

ARRK ARRK's European Companies (P+Z, Shapers, LCO, SPG and AEL) rebrand to share same Corporate Visual Identity. The aim is to improve group synergies and raise awareness of ARRK’s complete range of services.

ARRK Sale of shares held by Orix to the company Mitsui Chemicals. As a result, we gained a new major shareholder.
