Metal Pressing
A Metal Pressing Service is now available through our Herblay site in France.
This service offers parts in Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Steel.
ARRK can deliver quantities in their hundreds with a pressing thickness of 0.5mm to 4mm.
Information required in order to quote
- Material Type?
- Thickness?
- Capacity of Tool & Quantity of parts?
- File of parts (not STL file) IGES or CATIA.
- Please send file with name or No. of the part.

- 0.5mm min. to 4mm max.
- Examples Bonnets, Covers & Doors
- Capacity of Tools depends on the material used to create the pressing tools (Iron, Steel or Concrete)
Average parts produced is around 200 pressings (max)
Size of Tools: Min. 50x50mm Max. 1000mm x 1200mm
